Principals:
James A. Coates, P. Eng., Principal,
Civil Engineering graduate of UWO, has worked in the construction industry for the past 30 years, Registered in Ontario; CCA Gold Seal Certificate; Past President (1997 – 1999) and current board member of the London & District Construction Association; 1996 Chair and former board member of the Board Advisory Committee, School of Technology, Fanshawe College; member of the Board of Directors and current chairman (2006-2008) of the Council of Ontario Construction Associations.
Michael B. Wells, Principal,
Construction Manager, CCA Gold Seal Certificate, has worked in the construction industry for the past 30 years.
Our staff includes:
Jennifer Demurak, Estimator and Project Manager,
Fanshawe College graduate in Construction Management, with 10 years experience in construction with Cobrell.
Alfred Coates, Client Services, Health and Safety, Business Development,
With a business, marketing and design background as well as years in the construction industry - Alfred provides a single point of contact for our clients and assists in the day to day management of projects.
Brian Shaw, Site Superintendent,
Fanshawe College graduate in Construction Management, with 23 years experience in construction, the past 17 years with Cobrell. Brian has successfully completed many projects for us, on time and within budget, the latest being the 37,500sf Wright Street addition for Variform.
Peter Vereyken, Site Superintendent,
With 32 years experience in construction, the past 25 with Cobrell. Peter has also successfully completed many projects for us in the past, typical being the new storage and shop facilities for Greenlane Environmental Group.
Cobrell also has an in house environmental policy, and we maintain a comprehensive safety standard.
