Contracts are a huge part of the construction industry, and the Canadian government has approved a set of documents that are shared across the industry. The Canadian Construction Document, consists of a set of documents, approved by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and commonly referred to as the CCDC2 set of documents.
At Cobrell everything we do is based on a contract, be it a Project Management Contract,
Design-Build Contract, or any other job. This ensures that our clients know exactly what work is to be provided at what cost, but mostly it represents an agreement between Cobrell and our clients over a specific project. These contracts have been put together by the CCA to protect clients, architects, owners and builders.
