First and foremost we are General Contractors. In a nutshell this means that Cobrell is responsible for the entire construction project, - less: design, structure, and the client’s desires.
As a general contractor, we provide the execution of the plan. We take the plans and make it a physical reality. We always provide full-time supervision of every job, and we are responsible for subs, logistics and timing. Like the general of an army, we marshal all the resources to complete the project.
