When it comes to building anything, the first step is always to dig a hole in the ground. Because we live in a northern climate – footings must be below the frost line – and because there are all different types of soil conditions, it is necessary to have experience building in this geographic area.
Contrary to what many of our clients previously thought, you can build in the winter – all it takes is some specialized concrete and larger excavators. Unless the project involves interior renovations, there will always be some component of excavation.
