We can provide designs and consultation in the building and surfacing of parking lots. There are myriad building codes involving the number of parking spaces required per square footage, access and egress, drainage, even down to the width of each individual parking space.
We are very familiar with the requirements involved in Parking Lots and Surfaces – for example: in determining the number of spaces required you need to take into consideration things like shift changes. If you have 100 people on any shift, then you need 200 spaces to take the overflow, as there will be 100 people arriving and then 100 people leaving only AFTER the first 100 take over.
