Estimation falls under project costing – our in house estimator has been working with us for the past 10 years. Estimation is extremely important to the overall smoothness and timeliness of a project. Costing and Estimation essentially amount to the same thing. At Cobrell we have 30 years of construction costing and estimation to go by in determining what the given costs on a particular project will be.
