The Design-Build Lease Back is an interesting project. Basically a client comes to us with a need. We consult with the client on the design, and arrive at a custom solution. We then build the building, and lease it to the client on a long term lease, customized to fit your needs.
The benefits of such an approach are obvious. First off the client gets a custom building, built to fit their exact needs without having to come up with the necessary funding to capitalize the project. Secondly in a lease back situation the client can match the expenses incurred to the income that their facilities generate. If you need to expand Cobrell will happily build whatever you need – or alternatively when you are finished with the building you just walk away.
